Last ASM 2013

I was randomly browsing through one of my 2008 blog post looking for an old photo when I was kinda hooked onto my own blog. Hooked not in the sense that it was super interesting or enriching but rather like 'oh! that was what happen!'. Fascinated by the little details in life back then. Yup. Good to keep a blog ah. You tend to forget those little feelings/ emotions as time passes. As I was still browsing through all the blog posts till Aug 2010, I was surprisingly reminded that I was so obsessed with Valerie and how I actually loved Hong that much.

Anyway, I decided to try to keep this space alive again as I want to retain these memories. Didn't update a single thing in 2013 so I shall do a massive update this week/ month before the excitements for 2014 starts again!

The last Asia Sales Meeting. Last as we are no longer divided into regions. With the implementation of GES, we are divided into markets and SG falls under Australia in 2014. So yup, the last time where we will be seeing our Malaysia, Hong Kong, Japan and Korea colleagues annually. Not as if I know these colleagues personally but it is the sense of familiarity that you know you will see these faces every year.

2011 ASM in KL

I was very quiet cause I was very new to the company. Didn't know what the hell what was going on. Was only hyped that I get to travel. Sibei sua gu like that. 

2012 ASM in HK

Went on an extended trip a couple of the girls. Pretty fun la but ok la~ Format of sales meeting changed. Scary for me as I hate to speak in front of others and be in the limelight, yet cannot keep quiet. Managed relatively well but can do better.

2013 ASM in SG RWS

We complained a lot about the venue. SG RWS means no travelling for us. No travelling still ok la. In SG means we have to drive in to the conference very early and having to settle breakfast on our own and returning home very late after the dinner and drinks. We also have to think if we want to drink cause we usually drink (a lot) every night.

 Anyway, I am pretty happy with myself this year. I think I did pretty well. Forcefully overcome my phobia and strangely volunteered to present for a few times. Of course, there is still room for improvement but I think I did well.

My group mates. I guess these people contribute to my better performance. The group is small and there is more group dynamic. Everyone is very on and did their own part spontaneously. I was very happy to be on the same team as Catherine again and not forgetting Winnie who is so nice to break ice with me first.

The group mentors are awesome, especially Thomas who is my direct mentor. He is so sweet~~~
