I brought forward my maternity leave by a week and I am nua-ing at home now!!! Keke. ;) I wonder what to do except to maybe... watch TV (but there isn't anything really interesting to watch), do some reading (popping by the library later), watch DVD (I need to borrow), play SIMs and MJ!!! But no one seems to be as free on a working day.

Turned 28 on Sunday. Like I mentioned in my FB earlier, I am actually looking forward to turning 28. Strange and weird. I do not mind telling others I am 28 but I do mind if I hear comments like 'you are 2 years away from the BIG 3'. Haha. I guess it is all about the numbers.

Anyway, the birthday "celebration" just gets simpler every year. I woke up pretty early with the intention for 2nd church service but Val and Char woke up at only 11am!!! In the end, we have no choice but to go for 3rd service instead. I was kinda slightly frustrated but that's me. I am always frustrated when things do not go as planned. We sent them home after service before Darl spent some time alone with me.

By time we reached Bugis, it was already past 5pm. Left with only that little time, we did a little window shopping before the movie. Dinner (pig intestine soup) was awesome! I always like simple food fare but they must be good! I love quality food! If I am not heavily pregnant now, I would wish and insist on having the whole day for myself. Just one day splurging sounds good enough. Haha. Darl is right (as usual). What can I do with such a huge tummy? Shall wait for next year then. :)

Yup... We caught 'Percy Jackson'. I am not a fantasy flick lover but this show is pretty light-hearted and easy to digest. As long as I do not question too much into the plot, I do pretty much enjoyed the movie. I do not mind watching the 2nd film.
