We were informed that our album layout is ready for viewing. Feeling super confident about their previous rendered services, I seriously thought it would be another fabulous job. However, the entire result was super disappointing!!! So disappointing to the extent that both of us left the bridal place feeling 'pek qi' and I was ready to flare at the presenter anytime.

The whole layout... Which I personally feel has nothing fit enough to be deem to be done by any designer. I am sure I can do it by myself. Yes... It is that bad since I mentioned that I can do it. It was so disappointing that we could only find real satisfaction in 2 layouts out of 19 layouts. And the 3-in-1 was sloppily done too. We were given 2 designs to choose from and the 2nd design suxs BIG TIME and we had no choice to take the 1st design.

We wouldn't be so pissed if the presenter was willing to listen to our opinions. Afterall, we are their clients and I bet he has never been enlightened on the below 2 rules. No 1: Customer is ALWAYS right! No. 2: If you are unsure, refer to Rule No. 1. Anyway... Though he told us to share with him how we feel... He was totally NOT receptive at all. He just brushed us off with 'It's like that one'. Yeah~ It's like that for 19 layouts??? I seriously do not think we were over-demanding because it was mild Hong who flared first. When my patience ran out, I told the guy off that 'I paid for a design album, not a full-page album. Why on earth are you all giving me all full-page? If that is the case, I would pay for a full-page album in the FIRST PLACE!' His reply 'It's like that one'. Angry anot? Angry right!

Anyway... we met up with Jason and Wenqi and nua-ed with a super duper full dinner at Bugis before the movie. Well... The movie is pretty nice... funny... light-hearted... And Hannah wears really nice simple dresses in the movie. Envy~
