Goodbye, Jess - 140607

Dear feisty Jessica left for Melbourne this morning. As loyal Biatch members, the 3 of us decided to send Jess off. Initially, we had problems agreeing on the mode of transport to the airport. Well... I wanted to take bus as I am on budget spending for this month and also, there is a straight bus from my side to airport!!! It takes only 30-40 minutes and cost less than S$2!!! But in the end... I took cab with the gals... *sad sad*

Though we woke up only half an hour earlier, we look extremely tired (especially bec... scary... scarier than usual). I guess we are tired not because we woke up half an hour ealier but rather the thought of working late for this evening (even later for bec and me) and yet (!!!) we have to arrive at office at 9am tomorrow drain us out completely. But nevertheless, we WILL and MUST send Jess off.

Dear Jess, we will miss you. I will miss you and Hong will miss you. keke. It was a no harm joke on his end. I know you wont gey gao one. He just wanted to bid you goodbye in his hong's ji siao way. I can't stop him as he put in a lot of effort to think of possible people to imitate le. keke.

Yes... I will really miss you. You have been such a great friend. Someone who is so mature, rational, sincere and steady. I will miss the times we spent together. The various moments spent at Wala Wala, Villa Bali, Esplanade, TCC etc etc... Shopping... The few moments with Dennis too... I will miss our email exchanges.

For the one year when you are away, I will miss not being able to share the joy and anger in office at the very first moment. I will miss not being able to spend Friday night bitching with you anymore. (am stuck with bec... eew). I will miss not being to pop by your place out of nowhere with Dennis le.

But no worries... Time passes faster than Bec can count.

Do take care of yourself! Enjoy the last lapse of school life. That is probably the best time in any lifetime. Do enjoy the pre pre pre honeymoon period with Ong Heng (aka mu tou as what your mama said at airport). keke. We await your return next year k.

Farewell for Feisty Jess 080607

Feisty Jess is finally leaving for Aussie to join Ong Heng for her masters...
This is what I term as academically inclined. Not everyone and anyone can be academically inclined one.

Our last get-together before Jess leaves next Thursday.
Everyone of us prepared a little something for Jess.

Bec did a scrap book... The pics... We saw it and used it for every other occasions many many times... Only difference is the captions. keke. And the last page.
Lu got Jess the most stuff... Pencil case with pens, moisturiser, shawl... Thoughtful gifts....

It was another wonderful night with the girls though Lu left early.
This time round... Less bitching... More sharing.... And 2 jokers.

Bec: We mind.

Us: HUH?!
Joker 1: We going Boat Quay later, you gals wanna join us?

Conclusion on Joker 1: Either he doesn't understand the meaning of no or he doesn't take rejection. Dense guy.
