Planned to start the Sunday on a nice note with a nice and highly anticipated brunch with the kids at Dempsey but accidents do happen yah. The irresistably cute, chubby and yet, super cheeky Belle fell from her mattress. Floor intact but huge swelling on her forehead. Both Darl and I had a good fight with her to pin her down so that we can apply hot pressure to her swelling. In the end, the day was started with her fall and we rushed her to see sinseh. :(

Had a quick and unsatisfying lunch @ Central Waraku cause both kids were uncooperative. As usual, Val rejected food. I would have rejected the same pasta if I wasn't that hungry. Pasta was really badly done. Eew~ Belle was her usual mischevious, 'climbing' all over the table.

Went home after lunch. Val was so tired that she fell asleep in the car immediately but Belle was still super hyper. Belle is quite a handful when she doesn't listen to instructions. Spanked her twice on her thigh and that shut her up. Keke. Fell asleep after that. Naughty chubby.

With the girls sleeping, I went to doll myself up. Morning plan was spoilt but we decided to go ahead with the afternoon plan - to go church. To make myself feel better, I put on make-up, apply eyeliner and mascara, wore my new maxi dress with my new wedges. Think the wedges a little too big and they bite. Gonna conqure it!

Church was finally good without the kids distracting us. Had dinner at Cedele and that gave me a little stomach upset. Barely an hour after dinner, we went for burger at Rock & Ash. Totally terrible homemade burger. :( The day did end well with the movie though. Just wanted to catch a movie and this was the only available show. Light-hearted show. Nothing fascinating but nothing can go wrong with Tom Hanks and Julia Roberts too. :)

I love the part 'This is glass and I can see through glass'. Totally ticklish for me. :P
