.
Our 3rd trip to HK which coincides with our 3rd anniversary.
.
Think our 1st trip was back in 2007. Didn't know much places in HK. Just walked around aimlessly and blindly. Shopping was cheap but didn't buy much stuff.
.
2nd trip was in 2009 and we stayed with Darl's aunt. With her bringing us around, we ate all the yummy food and bought cheap stuff!
.
This time round, we stayed with his aunt again. :) Didn't buy super many items cause we bought more 'atas' stuff this time round. Hahahaa. We had a specific shopping list and I think we fulfilled most of it. I still think we gotten a lot good buys cause they were on sale and the exchange rate was in our favour. Hmm... Seriously, am not sure if it would had been cheaper if we bought them at the outlet stores. But never mind lah.

Touched down at HK airport at 8ish pm. Hungry!!! No food, no entertainment on Tiger. Suxz! But what to do? Cheap fares. Keke.
.
The yummy wantan mee!!! OMG!!! I am missing the wantan mee! I just want to eat it again and again and again. Seriously, our wantan mee is eew~~~
.
.
This is the view outside his aunt's place. I love HK for no reason. :)
.
.
Aunt went to work so we lazed around and took our own sweet time to prepare before we did a little shopping and met her for lunch at Tai Koo. I think it is CityPlaza.

Seems like all these brands are mostly available in SG but they are cheaper in HK!!!
.
We ended Day 1 shopping with this box of yummy and expensive chocoloates. :)

1 July 2011
We made our way to ShenZhen with aunt and Aunty Tina (super duper nice lady). I like her for being so soft and accomodating.
.
Though it was HK PH with tons of ppl making their way to SZ, the trip wasn't bad nor crowded. A thousand times better than us going JB. Smooth and comfortable trip. No jam. No sun. No Rain. All in the comfort of aircon.
.
Our favourite and must-eat restaurant at SZ. The nicest Peking duck, soya bean milk and fried dough!!!
.
And we had 2 of these in 1 day. Eaten at lunch with Aunty Tina and dinner with Uncle Peter and Aunty Elina. FULL ttm!!!
.
We bought lots of tshirts and watches the last trip to SZ. Outgrew those and we concentrated on our shopping list.
2 July 2011
Kickstarted the day with the super worthwhile lunch Sushi Shota. Hmm... Totally forgot where the lunch venue is but not far from Times Square. The food recommended by Aunt NEVER goes wrong!
.
Shopping Spree at Times Square when we saw the exhibit for Harry Potter. They did up the train, platform and the shops (as in the shops where Potter and rest go buy their wands and owls and whatever). Cool!
.
.
Been to HK 3 times but the only thing we ever did is shopping. Thought we should do some touristy thing and I suggested going to see the laser show. Ge waste of time. Maybe I was expecting too much out of it. Ge con tourists loh.
.
.
.
Got bored of the show after 5 minutes and we left for dinner at CityHarbour. On tip of the usual suspects, we had the company of Uncle Gordon and Darl's colleague, Goh. Awesome roast pigeon!
.
Counting the loot for the day, Darl bagged 2 shoes and 2 jeans while I got myself an AX dress and some basics from Zara. Nothing much for the kids except a pair of shorts and a shirt for my cousin's sonny.
.
3 July 2011
Walked a super duper far distance for breakfast at this Japanese bakery. Totally worth the sweat! Heavenly bread! 2 slices of bread selling at HKD19! I would pay for this bread everyday loh. I so want one more slice now.
.
Then we proceed on to our favourite H&M outlet at Central. Keke. I totally enjoy shopping here. I stepped into their store, grabbed a shopping and proceed to fill up the bag.
.
Yes, the day ended with mostly my items. :)
.
High tea with Darl, aunt, Goh and Aunty Sarah before I meet up with a few of my HK colleagues for dinner and drinks. All thanks to Aaron and Bonnie for their kind hospitality. :)
.
Drinks at Cocky Bar at The One.
.
.
How can one not <3 HK?

1st item - HUGE luggage at RMB280!!! Good buy, best buy, must buy! Wheels are working and zip is working fine too!
.
On top of my belts, iphone casings and ipad accessories (we don't have an ipad), Darl managed to get a new pair of shades. Should be a good buy. Going to authenticate it though. I managed to get a pair of boots for Aussie at RMB50!!! It was so difficult buying the boots that I even wanted to plastic surgery my feet so that they can fit into the limited designs and sizes. I am blessed! :) Not forgetting my new pair of glasses too.

My new glasses! :)

Didn't reallt have plans for the last day except to buy some snacks back to SG. After several invitations from my kind colleagues, I kindly accepted their lunch invitation. Nice lunch, nice people. A pity I didn't manage to bump into Yuen at lunch. Sigh...
.
Ended the trip in HK with 2 pairs of wedges at Pedder Red. I think it is an impulse buy.
