I can't believe that my last entry was 20 days ago! I didn't even realise it has been that long since my last update. I guess life has been pretty much mundane/ stagnant and that probably explains for the absence of updates.

Maternity leave is more or less coming to an end. If everything goes well, I should be back to work next Monday. It has been a pretty routine month for me. Daily routine includes waking up at the same time as Isabelle (I am glad that Isabelle is a sleepyhead so I do not have to wake up at unearthly hours like 7am. :) Val wakes up much earlier than Isabelle.), bathing Isabelle, more or less taking care of the 2 girls (especially Isabelle) in the day, going for Val's daily walk. It is just the same old stuff everyday except that I started bringing Val out on my own. Mummy-daughter bonding time. Darl started bringing Val out on his own too. :) I am so proud of him!

Things aren't progressing as smoothly as I wish to but I know it will only get better in the future. I am looking forward to moving to our new house (hopefully not later than Sept). House renovation matters are more or less confirmed. All thanks to Darl's coordination. :) Like I mentioned to Darl nights ago, I am not happy. However, I will hang on to everything just for his sake.
