MERRY XMAS 2009!!!

I had a great christmas!!! Though we didn't really go anywhere or hang out with any of our friends, we had a warm family thingy together. Due to some eye infection, Darl became one-eyed Jack for the past few days. But I am glad he is on the road to recovery. No more one-eyed Jack! :)

Back to Christmas... I am really happy for this Christmas cause I received all the unexpected and yet, 'what I always wanted' presents. I had wanted to get myself a cutesy 2009 organiser. However, after the quick browsing at Takashimaya, I found the organisers a bit too steep in price. I will buy one if I find the perfect design. The designs available are cute but none gave me the impulse buying urge. So I decided to continue with the shopping next week.

In the end, I received the above organiser from Aunty Esther. Nothing too fanciful in design but it is in the exact format that I wanted it to be!!! I didn't even tell Aunty Esther that I wanted an organiser and she gave me one!!! The best thing is!!! It is just how I wanted the organiser to be! On top of that, Aunty Esther gave me a 'Guess' hp strap too. Thanks Aunty Esther!

I am running out of hand moisturiser soon. The ones that Jess sent over from Aussie (which I exchanged with Bec) are finishing soon. I am left with only half a bottle. I made a mental note that I will drop by Crabtree & Evelyn to buy some hand moisturiser soon. Before I had the chance to even pass by any of their outlets, Aunty Irene gave me these!!!

I am not sure how to express my surprise and happiness when I saw these cause not even Darl knows that I want some hand moisturiser from Crabtree & Evelyn. All my wishes came true!!! Aunty Irene even gave me a make-up pouch and a bag hanger. Though I got in touch with Aunty Irene in July, she is a very nice and generous lady. I am looking forward to visiting her in HK next year!!!

I really appreciate this present cause I can see her effort in doing this, especially when I know she is running out of time to do all the xmas handicrafts not only for us but also her friends. We got this collage on time! Haha. :D

Last but not least, my additional surprise present from Darl. He already got me 2 pairs of Gripz shoes but on his personal shopping trip with the guys, he bought me this new wallet. The material is really good and like what Darl said, the price is quite worthwhile for that kind of material. Hmm... Maybe I should consider getting myself that bag.

Keke. I guess we do have some telepathy after the years of courtship and marriage life. I got him an additional present too!!! On top of his chosen jacket, I bought him a wallet. However, mine is not as fantastic as his. Mine is just a normal wallet. His old one is falling apart soon so I tried looking around for a similar one. It is not that easy looking for that particular design. I manged to find a pretty similar one so I bought it first. Darl, I promise you I will get you the better one when we go USA or overseas k. The wallets here cannot make it lah.
