Yippee!!! We finally saw and chosen our photos for the album on Sat. I have never knew that it would be such a tough job. We (both of us and dear Jimmy) were over at the bridal shop from 4.30pm to 7.30pm. It took us 3 hours!!! Of course, we wpent half of the time talking rubbish, taking breaks, commotions over Jimmy's watch and ji-siao the 'da-jie' by trying to sell our photos back to them. Haha.
.
When we first reached the bridal shop, Sean (my coordinator) told me 'The photos very nice!' My first reaction was 'Really? Yeah!' Then the realistic thought came to me 'I bet that is the standard line they told every customer loh'. Anyway, Kit (my photographer) showed us 230 photos at one go and told us to choose the ones we like. After the first round of choosing, we shortlisted to 130 photos. Then the 'da jie' came along and fell in love with Jimmy's watch. At the same time, she tried to psycho us to buy all the 130 photos. Expensive leh! In the end, we tried to sell her Jimmy's watch in exchange for the 130 photos. Haha. Then, she told us something very pleasant that our photos are soooooo nice that she is going to use as sample and seek for our permission. Of course we agreed on condition of 50% discount. Anyway, we were just ji-siaoing her. That is no way we are going to buy all 130 photos. Not because they are expensive but rather we do not need an album as thick as an encyclopedia. Anyway, we have better plans.
.
In the end, our album will consist of only 60+ photos. I thought that was the end of the photo-choosing session when Kit held us back to choose the photos for the 3-in-1, table top, the 6 sets of photos to be given to friends and relatives, photo in guest book, primary picture for album, frames and album etc etc etc. Tired leh! So many things to choose. Anyway, we aren't too choosy about the photos and with Jimmy around, he did most of the stuff. Haha.
.
The photos are really well-taken except for the ones in evening wear. No fault of anyone except Kit. He instructed me not to smile for that particular section. Then now, he blamed me for looking so fierce. Each time he flipped those 'fierece' photos, he will shake his head. Anyway, there were tons of outdoor photos. Our personal favourites are all those taken in the studio. Super nice loh. Kit is really fantastic!!!
.
Not much editing to be done as according to Kit, they will edict wrinkles, fat arms, tummy but since I do not really have a problem... Not much editing. In the end, I asked if he can edit one particular photo for me. In that photo, one of my eyes is slightly smaller than the other one. He just turned around and told me 'I can edit and make other areas bigger. Eyes I dunno'. Unfirendly~ Then the silly thought of requesting him to edit my arms to be toned flashed through my mind. But ah... This Kit very against me one so I decided not to ask him. Haha. The only editing to be done... Hong's double chin (at times). Haha.
.
Oh... For our outdoor shoot, there were supposedly quite a few shots with Hong carrying me and turning me around. Sigh... You all have no chance to view those cause none of them can make it. The few miserable pictures that Kit showed us all had only Hong's back. While I was staring hard at the photos, he told us 'His expression all cannot'. Haha.
.
Anyway, I am really pleased with the photos. Kit has done such a wonderful job and he is a very nice and friendly and approachable person. We all got along very well and he knows which photos I fancy and will auto pick them out for me and say 'She sure like this one'. Keke.
.
Before leaving the shop, we took a group photo to show Bec who is Kit. Keke. While getting Sean to join us, Kit asked Sean if he needs to apply make-up. Haha. FYI... Sean super vain one.

Then Kit suggested to act cute which I refused. But... Is that a act cute photo? I am so confused.

Then we headed to Leisure Park for Hong's bday dinner with the rest. We had dinner at the Thai Village Restaurant. Food is not bad but not exactly worth the expensive price. After the super full dinner, we brought out the cake with courtesy from Roger. I wanted to order cheesecake from Cheesecake Cake. Wah!!! 9" cost 70+ bucks leh~ Now then I know it is that expensive. No wonder those people who bought me my birthday cake last year was complaining. Anyway, the pick-up point is over at Siglap and since it is that far, we gave up that idea. Then Roger anyhow go buy a Mother's Day cake and send it over to my place at 3pm. Not exactly anyhow. It is a practice to get Hong a Mother's Day cake every year. Just in case we are not going to eat it, he will recycle it at home. Haha. Anyway, we had a small commotion trying to get Lincoln to sing a solo bday song for Hong. We try this every year and we are never successful with it. Lincoln just refuse to budge.
.
Anyway, someone forced me to take a picture of the cake cause he wanted it. I can't even remember who requested for it...
