. Dear Jessica finally returns home for 2 weeks break after spending 5 months in Aussie studying, doing housework, washing, scrubbing and washing and scrubbing. keke. No doubt her return is already the best present for us, she brought back 'Made in China' candles for us too.

After dinner @ Holland V, we headed for River Valley. A totally new place for me and yet, somehow I felt a sense of familiarity. I guess I have been too attached to the company. It is high time to stop addressing Andy as 'my boss' and ERC as 'my company' though somehow I can't really help it.

Someone (I forgot who) came up with the idea of taking a group photo using the timer mode. This pic seems so distant loh.

We scrapped the idea and decided to get Bec to do her usual job. Better right? But stupid us didn't reset it back to normal mode. It is still on 10 sec timer! -_-'''

Somehow... I love this picture. It speaks of our closeness when all of us are still with the company and how we used to hang out together almost every friday. Hey all, you all still remember we used to hang out together on fridays??? Oh man... I nearly forgot about that till I blogged this out. I really really really miss those days.

We left River Valley with AO's signature smile, contemplating to print out the photo and leave it on his monitor. Hmm... But we didn't. No worries. I will do it when I am back at River Valley end of this year during office hours. keke. In case you are wondering why am I going back at the end of this year becasue I either have no work from 21st Dec onwards or I will knock off at 3pm!!! Shock! And I really want to have a coffee with Andy.

The 4 of us met up again this week to celebrate Jess and Lu's bday. As there was time constraint, we didn't have time to plan anything better or shop around for a suitable present. In the end, it was very slipshod with cheesecakes from TCC and 2 diaries which I grabbed off the shelf on my way to meeting the girls.

I am so glad that you both like the diaries though it was a super last minute buy. Though I was half hour late, the sales girl still take her own sweet time to wrap the presents. I have 2 confessions. One: When the sales girl kindly offered to wrap for me, I wanted to tell her 'No Need'. Two: When she was wrapping so slowly, I was super tempted to tell her 'No need wrap so nice'. haha.

Jess, it is real great to have you back again! Things are just so different with you around, just like the good old times. Bitching is never the same without you around. Though I do meet up with Bec pretty frequently to bitch and not forgetting Lu, it is still incomplete without you. I hope time passes quickly so that you can be reunited with us next August though I really hate to age that fast. Arrgh! I am having my mid-age crisis and the 'closer to BIG 30' phobia!
