Those who know me well enough know that I hate the sun. I hate getting a tan because my pigment genes are more reactive than anyone else. I get tanned more easily than anyone else. Since my new job allows me the flexibility to take leave without having to worry about any work related stuff or calls, I developed the unusual idea of taking leave for a day of suntan @ Sentosa with the girls. keke.

It was a day with weird weather. Cloudy at a moment, then sunny, then rainy and lastly super duper HOT!!! With the scorching sun during the last 2 hours, I had a darker skin tone despite me applying sunblock lotion twice.

Knowing that it is a day of bikini, I went gym twice that week, hoping to shed off some love handles. keke. I know it doesn't exactly help lah but it makes me feel a little bit better. haha.

Despite the sunblock lotion on my face and body, i got slightly charred on my shoulder and knees (?) with super red nose and cheeks. Darl commented I look nicer with the tan. Oki. I shall go suntan again.
