Chocolate Cheesecake

We attempted cheesecake again! Chocolate Cheesecake!!! Great improvement from the last time. No more oozing of cheese!!! Still little hiccups. I added TOO MUCH butter and I tried to salvage by adding more biscuits. In the end, I ended up with too much biscuit crust and it is too wet. This cheesecake had much better taste with dairy milk chocolate (whole bar), milo powder and the usual. It is not perfect yet with a slightly charred taste of the weird gelatin. I highly suspect the gelatin is expired le~

With that much excess biscuit crust, we spread it all over, from the usual bottom crust to the sides. That is how much excess I had. keke.

Me: Is making cheesecake going to a weekly thingy?
Darl: Yeah. Till we get it right.
