Started to feel lazy in updating my blog. I can feel the nua-ness slowly overwhelming me le. keke. No worries. I will not let nua-ness overcome me in this k... all for Jess' sake. Shall update from Friday (20/7/07) till my lasy day of work @ ERC (23/7/07).

Villa Bali - 200707

Met up with Felix and Moon after gym (with Bec). After dinner in town, we headed to Villa Bali for drinks. It was the 1st visit for the 3 of them. I am pretty amazed by Villa Bali management. They seem to change their furniture and layout on a frequent basis. Everything seem kinda different on my every visit. Good good. It is on constant improvement. This time, we got the comfy sofa seats and with the new bigger fan, it is a very cooling place.

Bec and her cousin, Moon. I could hardly stop myself from laughing when I saw him in this top that day. SUPER FUNNY loh! Anyway, I find him to be an intellectual guy. As Bec's suggestion, we played the 'cheng yu' game before it digressed into lame terms such as '5566', 'dong li huo che', 'ma ling bao lei' etc etc. haha.

With Bec's another brilliant suggestion, Moon was forced to re-enact the emoticon with us. NO GOOD!

Whatever~ Super obvious he was forced into it. 'Mian qiang' was written all over his face. But still sporting lah. We ended the night with further traumatising Moon with him re-enacting all the different punctuation marks. To a certain extent, I think he was exhausted by our trauma. As usual, Felix was quiet as he claimed to be a good listener. bleh.

Last Day @ ERC

The day finally came. Initially, I wasn't sure how I would take this day but everything went very smoothly. I was pretty light-hearted about it though Boss was not in for the whole day. He commanded me to go back and have lunch with him. Hmm... See how lah. Not free you know. My schedule is packed with nua-ness, tv, pack room, cross stitch, full house, play with didi, nap, collecting my emoticons. keke. Took pictures with some of the colleagues. Only some because the rest... Either not close enough to want to take a picture or they were never in my league of consideration. Whatever lah~

Si Hwee... Accounts cum Recept. Very quiet, sweet and mild mannered girl who 'floats' around. I still remembered I gave her a hard time when she first joined us because she made the same mistakes at least 5 times for every single thing she did. I really hope you had improved over the years. I didn't quite mean to be mean but the 5 mistakes per piece of work really got on my nerves back then. I am glad it didn't turn into any bad blood for us. Yes... I got your number. I will remember what you want k.

Jessica Tran, Vietnam nationality in the International Department under "deafy" Ken Kang. Who said Vietnamese girls are quiet, demure, gentle, mild-mannered etc etc one? She is NOT loh. She is loud, easily amused, fierce, outgoing, bubbly, cheerful, gigglish. Super siao-on for ALL drinking sessions. Once she drinks, all hell break loose man. haha. Will definitely jio her for a drink. I really like her personality.

Lynette... The head for Corporate Team. I learnt the definition of 'a caring boss' from her. Someone who really understands the meaning of 'a team', who strives together with her team, always answerable for her team, fights for all rights for her team and even goes into the smallest details of making sure the new workstation is sparkling clean for her team. I once witnessed her cleaning the desk and wiping the phone. These little actions are sososo important to a team player. If not for Andy, I would have joined her team upon her invitation. Don't get me wrong. I want to join her team not because i 'gian' my boss to wipe my desk but rather, I am impressed by her team's dynamic. No doubt she is aggressive (too aggressive sometimes), her team is the only team producing results in local context.

Nice folks in Corporate Team. Ailing... Pretty with great figure. She goes gym like 3 times a week. How not to have a great figure? One of the ladies who carries herself very well in the office, be it mannerism or dressing. Gavin (standing one)... Newest entrant into Corporate Team. Still buay zai and blur at times but somehow, I am slightly more lenient towards him. Not too sure why though. Beats me. Kelvin (sitting one)... I personally feel he resembles Garfield. But anyway, he has a very interesting accent (so~) which I am trying to imitate. Another few more observations and I will accomplish it. Another bunch of siao drinkers. Been jio-ing me for drinks and I feel bad to reject them everytime. No worries. We will drink soon. Erm... The entire Corporate Team is made up of malaysians ah.

Cindy! The only person I took picture with from Academic side. Super animated. Born self-entertainer. She takes joy in almost everything. Really great personality. Though I always make fun of her by pitying her husband having to put up with her nonsense, it is really a joy to have her around. Things never go dull with her around.

Wongdi with his flop hairstyle for the day. We only got closer during Career 2007. Talking to him is a torture. He speaks english pretty well but he mumbles like nobody's business. A very 'wu li tou' guy who throws you strange topics out of nowhere, ie: his hip hop style, hi 5, shit you, dragonball hairstyle etc etc. A mysterious guy in some ways. Haven really figure out his real age and he is REALLY cute in his boyish expressions. Am totally amused and smitten by it.

Desmond Koh Weijie. 'A more than colleague' colleague. The whole "photo shoot" only took place like 5+ 6. Overheard from Jerry that he left the day le. Was kinda disappointed when I thought I missed the chance to have a picture taken with him. If I really miss the chance, I will be really upset one. Luckily, it was wrong information on Jerry's end. A ji siao King who probably find joy in disturbing me on daily basis. He hardly looks proper in any of the pictures we took. He tried hard to look proper in this picture by 'descending' to my height. hmm...

He started doing the lean back thingy. I am not sure what is wrong with him lah. Oh... Stupid him misread my farewell card to him. He misread it as 'I hope our paths do NOT cross again'. Idiot. That is probably one of the last thing I would ever say to him though I know our paths will kinda end here though he still owes me cod fish and MY bears. It is my bears to start off with until he confiscated them 2 years ago. Desmond, despite the clashes we had over work, I am really glad to have met you. Thanks for the cheesecake!

Still in action Biatches. Jess, DO NOT ASK ME TO PHOTOSHOP YOU IN ANYMORE K. We never forget you. The club is never complete with any of us missing. Erm... Lu and Bec, do meet up with me often k. I will accumulate my lame-ness and share with you all when we meet again. Lu, you don't have a choice k. Unless Marley is good enough. eew.

Though jobless, I am glad that I finally have time for myself, for friends who I have been procrastinating to meet. In no hurry to find a job immediately. I am not rich. But I have no intention to start work till probably September. Budget lifestyle. No plans for holidays. Budget lah. I just want to stay at home nua, clear my room, do the stuff whcih I always wanted to, spend time with my family and meet the rest of the people whom I have neglected.
